pdf to epub - blank lines between text ?
I'm trying to convert a pdf to epub, the output epub has blank lines between every line of text - the pdf doesn't, how do I stop it doing this? Thanks.

And have you tried the suggestions in it. The last resort is to edit the epub, that thread suggests using Sigil, but you could also use calibres Book Editor. BR |

Sorry, I didn't see that thread. I wondered why PDF conversions are often so awful. Never like pdf's and avoid them if possible but sometimes that's the only format available. I have found the best work around is to use Adobe to convert the PDF to TXT and then Calibre to convert TXT to EPUB.
