battery Problem with A60

Hello Guys!

I haven't used my Onyx Boox A60(aprox. 1.5 years old) for a while. When I wanted to use it again, it didn't do anything, even when it was plugged into USB. The "OK" button starts glowing when I plug it in but nothing more.
I opened the backside, took out the battery and voila, the A60 comes to life without complains. I did a firmware-update just to be sure it wasn't some kind of firmware problem.
As I have another A60 with broken screen, I thought "hey let's change the battery". But when I plugged the spare-battery in, it froze again.

So my technical knowledge ran out at this point. Has anyone a tip for me how i could fix this and use my device without a cable?

thanks willow

it's true, best ideas come over night

if i don't hear back from one of you about a more simple way, i just take my older good mainboard and my newer good screen and merge them into a hopfully perfectly working new A60
