Calibre 4.8, Windows 10, 32 bit, Device: Kobo Touch A.
When trying to transfer a book (any book) from the library to the device, I receive, since today, but steadily, an error of beeing unable to find the path. The error is this:

Problem seems to be resolved: In the background there took a windows update place. After finishing this, transferring books works as it should.
