Can't see Page Number in footer section
Although I have enabled it in preference, I can't see the page number in the footer section. What am I doing wrong?

Position in book should show you something like 1123.6/1255 while position in chapter will show something like 15.0/20 which are synthetic numbers based (I think) more or less on character counts while pages in chapter will show something like 4/11 where the numbers are the # of screens to display the pages.
