Medions Reader kommt zum Weihnachtsgeschäft!
Medion präsentiert auf der IFA einen E-Book-Reader mit WLAN-Modul und Touchscreen. Die Hardware dürfte vom taiwanischen E-Book-Spezialisten Netronix stammen, der einen optisch identischen Reader als E60810 auf seiner Webseite listet. Dessen ukrainischer Partner Pocketbook hatte auf einigen Veranstaltungen ein in puncto Hard- und Software weitgehend identisches Gerät unter dem Namen Pocketbook 602 vorgeführt. (lt. Heise)
Der Preis soll unter 200 Euro liegen.

Wenn Medion vernünftig ist, planen sie auf ein günstiges Android-Tablet hin.

eInk-Geräte von der Stange gibt's inzwischen doch ein paar auf dem Markt. Nuja, Android-Tablets von der Stange in einem halben Jahr natürlich auch.
