My fbreader can't read epub. Can someone help me please?

Hi, there,

I download the fbreader ported for iliad from mobileread, but it seems can't recognize .epub, and can't open it to read.

Can someone help me to find correct working one?

FBReader does not support epub files spoiled by DRM schemes. If the file is encrypted, you will have to strip the encryption first. Besides, FBreader is an FB2 viewer. It does not guarantee full support for alien formats like epub, rtf, etc..

P.S. It might be that the files are supported as such, but there is no file association to tell the file manager that it must launch FBreader on clicking an epub file. If this is the case, you could try opening the file via FBReader's own file open dialog (at least on DR*).
