Double chapters in Table of Contents

I'm converting a file to LRF.

I'm using <H2> </H2> around my chapter headers.

So this is exactly what's in the html code. <H2>Chapter One</H2>

When I convert to LRF, using the detect chapter headings and add to table of contents, the table of contents shows

Chapter One
Chapter One
Chapter Two
Chapter Two
and so on...

I converted another file and the Chapter headings worked...however the words within the H2 brackets aren't Chapter.

So it looks like

Monday
Tuesday
Wed

Because that's how the author labeled his chapter headings...

Basically, I have no clue why the word Chapter would trigger the program to make a double post when the exact same settings on another story don't?

I'd appreciate any and all help on this?

Check the rules on the "Chapter Detection" tab when converting a book:

Code:
[x] Add chapters to table of contents
[_] Don't add links to the table of contents
The first one is associated with the regular expression field, which matches things that contain "chapter|book|appendix" by default when it is checked.

The second includes any links contained in the book into the TOC when it is UNchecked.

Another source of TOC links comes from a book's metadata, such as a LIT book's OPF info.

So basically, because I had [x] Add chapters to table of contents selected it automatically looked for Chapter and added all of them to the TOC? But I don't get how it distinguishes Chapter One from someone saying "I read a chapter in a book."

I'm guessing the work around is to still use [x] Add chapters to table of contents but change H2,none, back to $,,$ and that'll still get me the chapters but they won't be doubled up? Or can you change the "chapter|book|appendix" to remove chapter from the list?

btw, thanks for the help, this is making more sense in my head now.
