Release Date for the Glo and Mini?

I am really excited about the Glo. I have two Kobo WiFi's and have thinking about upgrading to the Touch for a while now, but haven't really seen the need, since I read at night a lot on my Vox or my phone. Now that the Glo is coming out - that's a no-brainer.

Anyone find a committed release date for the Glo?

I'm not sure about the 'committed' part but I believe Kobo is expecting to ship Oct. 1st.

Press releases are saying that the Glo was available for preorder at Collins bookstores starting last night, but there is no sign of them on the website. Staff at my local Collins store had no idea that the line had been updated at all.

Mmm. Weird. None of the sites that http://www.kobo.com/koboglo/wheretobuy/ says should have the Glo actually have it advertised yet (Collins; JB HiFi; Officeworks; Australia Post; Bookworld; The Good Guys; Harvey Norman; Angus & Robertson), I checked them all. How frustrating.

http://www.easereader.nl/ will deliver to Sweden... They don't have the Glo advertised yet, but they were the first in the Netherlands to have the Touch.

Chapters/Indigo does - http://www.chapters.indigo.ca/home/eReading/. But then again, since they were the founders of Kobo, it does make sense that they'd be kept in the loop. The Kobo Glo SleepCover looks very interesting!
