touchscreen is unresponsive

I bought a edge for my son for Christmas and while trying to figure out how it worked i somehow caused the library to move from the bottom of the screen to the middle and after that i have not been able to get any kind of response out of the screen with touch or stylus. I have shut it down several times and it still is not responding. Help...

I'm sorry to hear you're having this difficulty. As it may be a hardware issue, I recommend you contact enTourage Tech Support directly (www.entourageedge.com/support) so that you can get this resolved sooner rather than later

Just out of curiosity, have you popped the battery out and replaced it? Sometimes this can restore problems. Boris is correct (as usual) though that contacting TS is the best bet.
