What to do when a purchased app doesn't show up in your library?
I had a couple of bucks sitting in my Amazon account and decided to pick up The Bard's Tale after reading some positive reviews last night. I didn't see it in my app library right away, so I checked at Amazon and it said the app was "Being processed," good enough.
I checked again this morning, and the app still isn't in my app library, though it's no longer being processed. I'm not sure how I actually get the app to download at this point. Amazon says I purchased it, but there doesn't seem to have any method of sending it to my KFHD directly. I attempted to re-purchase it from the store on the device thinking that might kick-off a download, but it told me I already owned the game and to download it from my library. Tap "Cloud" under Apps. It defaults to "Device."

Thanks, Syncing seemed to be what I was missing. After I Sync'd it still didn't show up in the Library, but after doing a search it turned up as a download link under Games.

If you're in the cloud section of the library, pull down the windowshade and hit the sync button. That will fix it most of the time. If that doesn't work go into more options>Applications>installed applications>appstore. Force stop and then clear the data. Go back to the store and everything should show up once it reloads.

I had this problem, CS had me search for the app in the store. When you select it, it should say open or download instead of buy.

That's what I thought it would do as well, but it only gave me the option to buy. If I clicked on buy anyway it told me I already owned the app and to download it from my library.

This has happened to me also with the same result when I go to the app from my KF. It happened often enough that I no longer order apps from my computer unless I am in no particular hurry. If it's something I want right away I just do it from my KF.
