Converting MobiPocket through Calibre

Just bought from eBookMall Margaret Atwood's *Oryx and Crake* (highly recommended here). It's in MobiPocket format and, although it's now showing in my Calibre Library, Calibre doesn't want to convert it to ePub or to send it to my PRS-505. I sent an emergency message in a virtual bottle to eBookMall (with no response yet, of course) but wondered if anyone here might be able to suggest an easy fix. Cheers. Neil

Have you tried ebook-convert from the command line?

And first and foremost, have you stripped the DRM?

Did you uninfect it first? If there is still DRM on the file it can't be converted.
