Are you sure that's accurate? According to Audible, offers to purchase additional credits pop up when you run out of credits (https://help.audible.com/s/article/l...age=en_US#Four). This has been my experience as well — I never see the 3-credit bundle deals when you post, but when I run out of credits, the 3-credit bundle offer pops up.

So whenever you post that "3 credit bundles deal is back", do you also have 0 credits? If so, that's why you're getting the offer.
