error starting Calibre in windows 10

Hello

After a few weeks of inactivity i tried to start Calibre (latest version) on a windows 10 pc and i got the message below:

calibre, version 5.18.0
ERROR: Could not create temporary folder: Could not create temporary folder, calibre cannot start. Click "Show details" for more information.

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "calibre\gui2\__init__.py", line 919, in __init__
File "calibre\ptempfile.py", line 123, in base_dir
File "tempfile.py", line 359, in mkdtemp
FileNotFoundError: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified: 'C:\\Users\\me\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\calibre_32n1 zb27'

Any ideas ?
I remember changing some system security option but i don't remember exactly what i did.

You might need to Undo the Protect from Ransomware (or whitelist Calibre.exe and its workers.
Think about your ability to spot and avoid these kind of threats without added help, before you turn it OFF

That was the reason. All is good now. I have the ability to spot this kind of threats.
