Exclamation Calibre is not starting in Windows 10

Hi everyone,
I'll appreciate your help!

I followed the instructions outline in this post:
https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/faq...ing-on-windows

However, as it still wont launch, I started a command prompt: calibre-debug -g

I'm posting the output for your help. It seems like it has something to do with the 32 and 64 bit.

Thanks for your help.

Something on your computer is blocking calibre from creating listening sockets to communicate with its worker processes. Most likely an antivirus/firewall/security program. Add an exception to it for calibre.exe and calibre_parallel.exe and you should be fine.
