Hi
I've created my own ebook server software to run on my Raspberry Pi. It takes the Calibre library, creates a stripped down version of it and stores it in a SQLite database, creates thumbnails of the covers and then stores it on a Raspberry Pi to serve to friends across the Internet. The benefits of this are that the machine that runs the Calibre software doesn't have to be turned on all the time and searches are a lot faster on large Calibre databases. Full instructions and source code are available at: http://874.org.uk/calibre-ebook-serv...pberry-pi.html Feel free to download and use. |
