Dictionnary mode and suspend
Hi. It seems that putting the Kobo (glo, 2.1) to sleep while in dictionnary mode (when a word is underlined) make it impossible to get back to a normal state when woken up. This use case may seem strange but I use a cover that sometimes slightly touches the screen when I close it, activating the dictionnary mode right before putting it to sleep. When I open it again, the kobo is unusable and must be rebooted. I'm wondering if you are able to reproduce it and make sure this is not an isolated case ? Thank you!
PS: Is there any platform where these kind of bugs can be officially reported ? It seems that Kobo is not really responsive towards their customers' complains/bug reports and really don't understand what a regression test is. Last edited by maxime; 12-26-2012 at 05:52 PM. |
