Stupid question about calibre language template

Sorry for the stupid question, I read
http://calibre-ebook.com/user_manual/template_lang.html
everything is rather clear, but one basic info:
where is the calibre language template file, or how can I access its editing?

Sorry for the inconvenience, I'm sure this info is provided somewhere, probably in a very evident place, but I couldn't find it by myself...
