Wishing on a Blue Star edited by Kris Jacen, is a memorial tribute anthology, permanently free courtesy of m/m specialty romance publisher Dreamspinner Press, in conjunction with MLR Press.

This was assembled in honour of Dreamspinner and MLR Press author Patric Michael, who died of cancer.

It contains not only blogposts of Michael's experiences and his own short stories, but also additional m/m romance-themed short stories and poems written as tribute by both specialty m/m romance writers such as Lex Valentine (featured during the All Romance Earth Day countdown) and "classic" gay fiction author Victor J. Banis, but also reminisces from more mainstream writers such as Star Trek tie-in authors Jacqueline Lichtenberg and Jean Lorrah (a KDP feature-title offerer).
