Mobipocket books and naming on the iLiad

Apologies if this is in the wrong place, but I think it relates more to the iLiad than other devices or a generic post.

I have an iLiad with several Mobipocket books which have a sane file name of
<author> - <Title>.prc. However when on the iLiad the naming scheme gets over written by by the books default mobipocket title. In many cases this can be unintelligible.

For example:
David Moody's Autum Echoes (free download)

File name: David Moody - Autumn Echoes.prc
On iLiad: echoesMobi

So what I want to know after all the rambling, is there any way to override the Mobipocket title so the iLiad displays the file name?

The only way to do it, is to create a custom manifest.xml and place the Mobipocket file in a new folder. If you store your Mobipocket books in a place other than the default Mobipocket directory, the manifest.xml should be created automatically. You can edit that file with notepad and change the Title and Description.

Actually, I find it quite useful. If you put a mobipocket file in the main books directory rather than the Mobipocket folder, it will create its own folder, you can rename it, as Adam B says, and you can then have it in alphabetical order with the rest of your books rather than being in a separate Mobi ghetto. Can't get rid of that damned Mobipocket folder though; if you delete it, it just keeps recreating itself!
