StoryBundle has a new offering for:

The Summer Smash Game Bundle containing non-fiction titles (industry histories, journalism, and gameplay nostalgia/guides) about video games. Some of them are exclusives of Kickstarter-backed deluxe paper titles, available as e-books for the first time.

$5 minimum for 3 titles (1 Sega nostalgia, 1 journalism, 1 history of point-and-click adventures)
$15 top tier for an extra 5 titles (1 essay collection, 2 history, 2 nostalgia guides for Undertale and Kingdom Hearts franchises)

Just a reminder that expiring soon is their SF & F Binge Reader Bundle curated by Kristine Kathryn Rusch, containing a generous selection of mostly newer works by established and indie authors with a few backlist reprints thrown in. And The Bump in the Night Thriller Bundle curated by Kevin J. Anderson, full of paranormal/horror-ish mystery is also available.

Another set of freebie DRM-free video games are offered as part of a sample for the new Humble microJumble Bundle in exchange for your valid email address. The 2 freebie games are Space Pilgrim Episode 1, a point and click adventure for Windows, and Pony Island, a meta-commentary puzzle game where you are trapped in a malfunctioning arcade game and fix bad code, available for Windows, Mac, & Linux. There are also some nice programming-related games in the actual bundle if you want to play a hacker (on Windows). The sample freebies in the previous Game and Mobile bundle offerings mentioned upthread are also still available.

Also expiring tomorrow at 11 AM Pacific Time on Wednesday is the non-fiction Humble Book Bundle Fandom & Philosophy presented by Wiley-Blackwell, full of pop culture-examining titles for various media franchises. The Humble Book Bundle Unreal Engine & Unity 5 presented by Packt full of computer programming books and video courses for aspiring game programmers, and the excellent Humble Comics Bundle Best of Fantagraphics still have about a week to go.

Bundle of Holding's new RPG gamebook offering is for BASH! a flexible superhero game you can use for fantasy or space opera settings. They've also added some print-and-assemble paper miniatures to the top tier for the previous Palladium Fantasy fantasy adventure game (auto-added to the purchase of anyone who's already bought). Also still available are Numenera and Numenera +2 Ninth World Discovery, a sci-fantasy exploration game in a world with both nanotechnology and strange creatures.

New Humble Bundle is up, and it's for:

Humble Book Bundle Brainiac 2 presented by No Starch Press, containing a pretty nice selection of kid-friendly DIY tech hobbyist and computer programming/learning books.

Some of the titles are repeats from previous bundles (I was hoping for a Manga Guide I didn't already own), but there's a good assortment of newer books, including a computer science textbook written in the form of a mystery that's been on my wishlist, and some LEGO® and other instructional stuff.

Fixed tiers of $1, $8, and $15 (no new titles added next week).

Quote:
She's a brainiac, brainiac! No Starch is back with a new bundle to tuck under your thinking cap. Start brainstorming with The LEGO Animation Book, Electronics for Kids, Invent Your Own Computer Games with Python, The Art of LEGO Scale Modeling, Arduino Project Handbook, and more!

Humble Bundle has added a new offering, for:

Humble Book Bundle LEGO® Mindstorms & Robotics presented by APress featuring DIY tech hobbyist books for more specialized aspects of the popular building brick and Arduino systems, from a division of German textbook publisher Springer Verlag, IIRC.

Fixed tiers of $1, $8, and $15 (no new titles added next week).

Quote:
The perfect mindstorm. The LEGO® MINDSTORMS® system allows you to create custom programmable robots from a few bricks, some sensors, and your own brainpower. Get inspired with this bundle full of ebooks, including Beginning LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3, Practical LEGO Technics, Arduino and LEGO Projects, and LEGO Technic Robotics… and start brainstorming!
Just a reminder that expiring tomorrow on Wednesday at 11 AM Pacific Time is their excellent Humble Comics Bundle Best of Fantagraphics, containing a quality selection from the notable publisher. And still going for another week or so is their Humble Book Bundle Brainiac 2 presented by No Starch Press containing similar LEGO® and electronics and computer programming DIY hobby books, but oriented more towards beginners, and kid friendly.

Also expiring Real Soon Now in the next day or two is Groupees' Dynamite Game of Thrones comics bundle, which, disappointingly, contains very few issues of the eponymous comic, compared to all the titles from their other popular franchises, which may still be good value for you to pick up if you're following those series.

StoryBundle has a new offering for The Universe Between Bundle curated by Star Trek tie-in novelist turned small publisher Dean Wesley Smith (Wikipedia). It seems to consist mainly of supernatural encounters/weird fiction/magical realism-type fantasy (the curator's note mentions The Twilight Zone as an influence, with mostly newer titles by established authors and indies.

That said, it has a 1989 Doubleday backlist historical fantasy from Judith Tarr (Wikipedia), one of my favourite historical fantasy authors, which is set in the Crusader kingdom of Jerusalem and available at the lowest tier (would normally cost you about the same, off-sale).

$5 minimum for 4 titles.
$15 top tier for 6 more titles, including one of the Fiction River anthologies, and a novelette by Kristine Kathryn Rusch which originally appeared in Jim Baen's Universe magazine.

Just a reminder that ending in the next few days is their Bump in the Night Bundle curated by Star Wars tie-in author turned small publisher Kevin J. Anderson, full of supernatural thrillers, and there's still some time to go on The Summer Smash Game Bundle full of non-fiction video game making of histories, articles, and gameplay guides.

Bundle of Holding's new RPG gamebook offering is for: The Esoterrorists, apparently a Lovecraftian-styled game where you protect the modern world from the horrors of the Outer Dark being summoned by local occult terrorists. Still available are the previous BASH! a flexible superhero game you can use for fantasy or space opera settings, and Palladium Fantasy fantasy adventure game.

New Humble Bundles are up, for:

Humble Book Bundle Data Science presented by O'Reilly, full of statistics and programming-adjacent DIY books.

Fixed tiers of $1, $8, and $15 (no new titles added next week).

Quote:
Is your programming inadequate to the task? Well, Data, we've got the bundle for you. Pick up this Data Science Book Bundle from O'Reilly Media and get Thoughtful Machine Learning with Python, R in a Nutshell, Doing Data Science, Head First Data Analysis, and more. You'll excel in no time – and remember, the effort yields its own rewards!
Humble Book Bundle Electronics & Programming presented by Make: full of DIY tech hobbyist books.

Fixed tiers of $1, $8, and $15 (new titles added next week). Many of these are repeats, but there are at least two brand new offers in the top tier, and hopefully more in the additions.

Quote:
I sing the bundle electric. These books on electronics and programming will energize your next project. You'll get great Make: titles like the Encyclopedia of Electronic Components, How to Use a Breadboard!, Making Things Smart, and more. Can you feel the power?
As a reminder, there's just one week left to go on their Humble Comics Bundle Battlestar Galactica presented by Dynamite, full of licensed tie-ins to the popular science fiction TV show.

Also expiring within the next day or so is StoryBundle's The Universe Between Bundle with a mix of backlist and indie fantasy.

Bundle of Holding's new RPG gamebook offerings are for: Werewolf 20A celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Werewolf: The Apocalypse, a game originally published by White Wolf and now with Onyx Path. And there's also Ars Magica 5 and the accompanying ARM5 Wizards & Power supplements for a fantasy wizardry setting from Atlas Games. The previous Lovecraftian occult protection game The Esoterrorists is also still available for a limited time.

StoryBundle has a new offering for:

The Truly Epic Fantasy Bundle curated by Star Wars tie-in novelist Kevin J. Anderson, full of assorted backlist reprints and newer novels by established authors, mostly from his WordFire Press imprint.

Included are a 1997 HarperPrism 1st-in-duology by Michael A. Stackpole, a tie-in novella to Brandon Sanderson's popular Cosmere universe, a collection of short stories continuing R. A. Salvatore's Demon Wars universe (novels originally published by Del Rey), an historical novel by Hilary Benford (sister of Gregory Benford) which is apparently a sequel to the one previously offered in the Historical Fantasy bundle if you happened to enjoy it, and more.

$5 minimum for 5 titles, including the Stackpole backlist, Demon Wars shorts, and Benford historical.
$15 top tier adds 10 more titles, including 2 more 1st-in-series backlist from R. A. Salvatore (1995 from Warner Aspect and 1993 from Ace).

And of course their previous The Universe Between Bundle curated by Dean Wesley Smith and featuring backlist offerings from Judith Tarr and newer publications by Smith himself and others, expires later today.

New Humble Bundle is up, and it's for:

Humble Book Bundle Adventure Travel presented by Lonely Planet chock-full of titles from the popular specialty travel publisher, including travel-adjacent stuff like DIY survival manuals and culture-exploring cookbooks.

Fixed tiers of $1, $8 (new titles added next week), and $15. A few books at the lower tiers are repeats from previous LP HBs offered in previous years, but there's a bunch of nice-looking brand new stuff.

Quote:
It's adventure time! Do you want adventure in the great wide somewhere? This Lonely Planet book bundle is your ticket outta here. Get Secret Marvels of the World, A Spotter's Guide to Film (and TV) Locations, The World's Best Spicy Foods, Volunteer: A Traveller’s Guide to Making a Difference Around the World, and more great titles from the celebrated travel publisher!
Last week's Humble Electronics & Programming Bundle presented by Make: has added 2 brand-new titles to the top tier, which are exclusive first looks at volumes in their Jumpstarting series. And for further DIY programming self-education needs, the other offering for Humble Book Bundle Data Science presented by O'Reilly, full of statistics-adjacent stuff, is still available.

StoryBundle has a new offering for Fairytale Fantasy curated by Charlotte English. It appears to be mainly newer works by established and/or indie authors, but there's a novel in there by T. Kingfisher, which is the pseudonym of Hugo, Nebula, & Mythopoeic Prize-winning author and comics artist Ursula Vernon (ISFDB) whose work has been picked up by Amazon's exclusive 47North imprint, and a continuation of a Houghton Mifflin Harcourt-published series by Alethea Kontis (ISFDB).

$5 minimum gets you 4 titles (3 novels, 1 multi-author anthology which has won a minor award)
$14 top tier adds 5 more titles (all novels, from the looks of it)

Their previous Truly Epic Fantasy Bundle curated by Kevin J. Anderson is still available.

Bundle of Holding's new RPG gamebook offering is for Apocalypse Engine +2, a collection set in the Apocalypse World game which apparently spans a whole bunch of real life historical timelines.

They've also added extra material to earlier offerings (previous top tier purchasers will find the new additions automatically in their libraries): a Werewolf Translation Guide, apparently for adapting one system to another for Werewolf 20A celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Werewolf: The Apocalypse, a game originally published by White Wolf and now with Onyx Path. And there's also some kind of new live-action scenario added to the ARM5 Wizards & Power supplements which go with the Ars Magica 5 fantasy wizardry setting from Atlas Games.

Fixed tiers of $1 (with a 30% off coupon for publisher Cubicle 7's store), $8, $15, and $20 (no new titles added next week).

Quote:
Chaos is a bundle. It's a bundle of Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay books from Cubicle 7! You'll get an epic library of 2nd Edition titles, including the Core Rulebook, companions, sourcebooks, and adventure packs. Plus, score the 1st Edition Rulebook, available here for the first time since the Old Ones introduced the forces of Chaos. (Okay, maybe not quite that long.)

Still available for a limited time are the previous Apocalypse Engine +2, a collection set in the Apocalypse World game which apparently spans a whole bunch of real life historical timelines, and Werewolf 20A celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Werewolf: The Apocalypse, a game originally published by White Wolf and now with Onyx Path.

ETA: Last week's Humble Book Bundle Adventure Travel presented by Lonely Planet looks like it's added 3 new titles to the middle tier: a kid-friendly guidebook on how to be an international spy, and Epic Drives and World's Best Drinks tourbooks.

StoryBundle has a new offering for:

The Light in the Dark YA Bundle curated by Allyson Longueira (ISFDB), an editor for Kristine Kathryn Rusch & Dean Wesley Smith's WMG Publishing imprint.

This contains mainly newer titles by established and indie authors, but there's a nice-looking collection of short stories by Baen author Jody Lynn Nye (ISFDB, Wikipedia) at the top tier. Multiple genres are represented, with a lot of sfnal stuff in the mix, and some contemporary, historical, and western, too.

$5 minimum gets you 5 titles, including a Fiction River anthology.
$15 top tier adds 6 more titles, including a “Complete Box Set” of one series' storyline, and novels by Dean Wesley Smith, Kristine Kathryn Rusch writing as Kristine Grayson, and the Jody Lynn Nye collection.

Also still available, The Truly Epic Fantasy Bundle curated by Kevin J. Anderson (ISFDB, Wikipedia) The Fairy Tale Fantasy Bundle curated by Charlotte E. English (ISFDB), both containing a similar mix of indie and occasional backlist.

Groupees is offering a multimedia eigoManga bundle from the eponymous publisher (Wikipedia) which specializes in domestic Japanese-influence comics and games.

Fixed tiers of $1, $3, and $5 for assorted DRM-free manga-styled comics (full storyarcs and anthologies from the look of it), short films (some DRM-free, some via Steam), and video games and soundtracks (via Steam for Windows, Mac, and Linux). There's a total of 18 items at the top tier (with an unlock bonus if they reach 500 purchases), which seems pretty decent value for money if you'd like to try it out.

Speaking of games and DRM-free, x-link to the Media Deals thread for a Humble Bundle Store sale sfnal adventure freebie video game available until the morning of September 16th.

New Humble Bundle is up, and it's for:

Humble Book Bundle Treat Yourself presented by Callisto Media featuring assorted non-fiction titles on food, health, fitness, and well-being (tending to the New Age side) from the independent publisher who offered us the Humble Book Bundle Dude Care from earlier this year. It doesn't look like there's much in the way of repeats from that.

Fixed tiers of $1, $8, and $15 (no new titles added next week), including cookbooks, fitness manuals, sex advice, and more.

Quote:
The best day of the year. Is a day that has this bundle in it! Treat yourself with a collection of self-care and self-help titles from Callisto Media, including Clean Eating Made Simple, The Pain-Free Posture Handbook, Essential Oils Natural Remedies, Chakra Healing, and more!
Still available are the previous Humble Book Bundle Land a Tech Job for Dummies® presented by Wiley and Humble RPG Book Bundle Warhammer.

StoryBundle has a new offering, for:

The Aliens Among Us Bundle curated by Dean Wesley Smith and Allyson Longueira of small press WMG Publishing, containing themed science fiction in a mix of indie and newer publications by established authors, including a short story collection by Star Trek tie-in author Robert Jeschonek (ISFDB), another one of the Fiction River anthologies, and offerings from Kevin J. Anderson, Kristine Kathryn Rusch (novella which won a UPC Special Award, whatever that is), and Dean Wesley Smith himself.

$5 minimum gets you 4 titles, including the anthology.
$15 top tier adds 6 additional titles.

As a reminder, their Truly Epic Fantasy Bundle curated by Kevin J. Anderson expires in the next couple of days. And their Fairytale Fantasy and Light in the Dark YA bundles are still available for a limited time.

Bundle of Holding's new RPG gamebook offering is for Lamentations +2 in the Lamentations of the Flame Princess nightmare fantasy game which is recommended for players 18 and up due to violence and other mature content. Still available are their previous offerings for the GURPS science fiction franchise with GURPS Traveller Wars for MilSF and GURPS Traveller Essentials for more general sci-fi adventuring, and also Apocalypse Engine +2, a collection set in the Apocalypse World game which apparently spans a whole bunch of real life historical timelines.

New Humble Bundles are up, for:

Humble Book Bundle Haikasoru presented by Viz Media containing Japanese science fiction in translation from the animanga publisher's dedicated prose line (Wikipedia), both in popular franchise series such as Legend of the Galactic Heroes (Wikipedia), and standalones from prominent individual authors.

This seems a very good deal if you're interested in foreign-language sfnal works, and an auto-buy for me. IIRC the Saiensu Fikushon mini-anthology has previously been offered in the SFWA or Nebula Showcase bundles, and there's been a previous StoryBundle offering for The Haikasoru Japan Sci-Fi Bundle with an almost completely different selection, so if you happened to like that, you may wish to try this.

Fixed tiers of $1, $8, $15, and $20 (no new titles added next week).

Quote:
The bundle in the high castle. Viz Media is back at Humble with a bundle of amazing science fiction books from Haikasoru (meaning "High Castle"), the first imprint dedicated to bringing Japanese science fiction to America and beyond. You'll get stunning stories like Legend of the Galactic Heroes Vol. 1-3, Virus: The Day of Resurrection, The Cage of Zeus, and more!
Monday's HB offering was Humble Book Bundle Hacking Reloaded presented by No Starch Press containing a variety of specialty computer programming-oriented titles, mainly for security purposes, but also general explanatory and hobbyist stuff like hacking your car's electronics.

Fixed tiers of $1, $8, and $15 (no new titles added next week).

Quote:
We can hack it! A great way to strengthen your computer skills is to learn what's going on underneath. Let No Starch Press be your guide with this book bundle! Get Penetration Testing: A Hands-On Introduction to Hacking, Game Hacking: Developing Autonomous Bots for Online Games, iOS Application Security: The Definitive Guide for Hackers and Developers, and more.
Still available is Humble Book Bundle Treat Yourself presented by Callisto Media containing assorted self-care titles such as cookbooks, fitness manuals, personal wellness, sex advice, and New Age stuff.

Bundle of Holding's new RPG gamebook offering is for Maelstrom, a vintage 16th century magical Tudor-era fantasy game originally out from Puffin Books in 1984 now reprinted by Arion. This new bundle includes both the reprint gamebooks and supplements, plus two completely brand-new titles not previously offered elsewhere.

Still available for a limited time are the previous bundles for Lamentations +2 in the Lamentations of the Flame Princess nightmare fantasy game which is recommended for players 18 and up due to violence and other mature content, and the GURPS science fiction franchise with GURPS Traveller Wars for MilSF and GURPS Traveller Essentials for more general sci-fi adventuring.

Finally, a reminder that expiring in the next couple of days is StoryBundle's Fairytale Fantasy. And the The Aliens Among Us Bundle and Light in the Dark YA bundles are still available for a limited time.

New Humble Bundle is up, and it's a nice one for:

Humble Book Bundle Adventures in Science Fiction presented by Open Road Media, chock full of backlist titles from their catalogue of well-known and award-winning authors.

Authors include Andre Norton, Harlan Ellison (The City on the Edge of Forever original version, if you're a Star Trek fan), Poul Anderson, Joe Haldeman, Eleanor Arnason, Octavia E. Butler, Kate Elliot, Alan Dean Foster, and more.

Fixed tiers of $1, $8, $15, and $18 (no new titles added next week), with a bit of overlap from their two previous HB offerings and maybe their long-ago Groupees bundle, but otherwise a nice selection of stuff.

Quote:
To read will be an awfully big adventure. With this bundle of science fiction titles from Open Road Media, the whole universe is at your fingertips. Explore other worlds from Buzz Aldrin, Octavia E. Butler, Greg Bear, and more!
Still available are Humble Book Bundle Haikasoru presented by Viz Media containing Japanese science fiction in translation, and Humble Book Bundle Hacking Reloaded presented by No Starch Press containing mostly DIY programmer/cybersecurity titles.

If you happen to be interested in programming games, there's a freebie sampler offer for a DLC pack for popular game engine RPGMaker, available in return for your valid email address in the promo box on the page for the Humble RPGMaker Software Bundle.

StoryBundle also has a new sfnal offering, for:

Adventure Sci-Fi curated by Kevin J. Anderson, with backlist reprints and newer titles from his own WordFire Press and more.

Contributors include fellow MR member author Robert J. Sawyer with the 1st novel in his Ace-published Quintaglio Ascension trilogy (previously generously offered as a freebie when RJS received the Order of Canada), another novel in the late Robert Asprin's also Ace-published Phule's Company series, a 1993 Ace-published novel from Jody Lynn Nye, Brenda Cooper's 2007 Tor-published novel, and various authors, both established and new.

$5 minimum gets you 5 titles, including the Asprin and Nye backlist.
$15 top tier adds 8 more titles, including the Cooper and Sawyer backlist, another novel by Kevin J. Anderson himself, and more.

Previous offerings for The Aliens Among Us Bundle and Light in the Dark YA bundles are still available for a limited time.

Bundle of Holding's new RPG gamebook offerings are for: Demon: The Descent a spin-off story from Onyx Path's Chronicles of Darkness setting, whose premise is some kind of fallen angel espionage thriller, in which you play a defector from the heavens in a shadowy noir world of cover identities and conspiracies. Another similarly-themed recent offering is for Over the Edge from Atlas Games, with the conspiracies taking place on a mysterious reality-bending island full of surreal danger.

Still available for a limited time are the previous bundles for Maelstrom, a vintage 16th century magical Tudor-era fantasy game originally out from Puffin Books in 1984 now reprinted by Arion, and Lamentations +2 in the Lamentations of the Flame Princess nightmare fantasy game which is recommended for players 18 and up due to violence and other mature content.

Anomaly

Anomaly examines the prospect of an alien intelligence discovering life on Earth. The technological gulf between humanity and the alien species is measured in terms of millions of years. The only way to communicate is using science, but not everyone is so patient.

Maelstrom (Colliding Worlds)

Tunguska, Roswell, the Bermuda Triangle, the Mary Celeste... For hundreds of years, the danger posed by colliding worlds has been ignored as a crackpot theory, until now, and now it's too late.

Maelstrom contains three novellas set in the Colliding Worlds universe (Collision, Impact and the conclusion, Maelstrom). Collision was commissioned by Vanquish Motion Pictures for possible development in film or on television.

Free Fall

Jackson is an astronaut testing a prototype interstellar craft in deep space. When he returns home, there’s no one to greet him. Earth has fallen silent. Now he must decide—stay in orbit, watching a dead planet roll slowly by beneath his windows, or land on Earth and fight for life?

Starship Mine

James Patterson is a gay accountant living in Keyes, Oklahoma—deep in the Bible Belt—the religious heartland of America. He’s also the first person to make contact with an extraterrestrial intelligence seeking to understand our world, and that makes him the most important person on the planet.

Feedback

Twenty years ago, a UFO crashed into the Yellow Sea off the Korean Peninsula. The only survivor was a young English-speaking child, captured by the North Koreans. Two decades later, a physics student watches his girlfriend disappear before his eyes, abducted from the streets of New York by what appears to be the same UFO.

Revolution

How do you hide state secrets when teenage hacktivists have as much quantum computing power as the government? Alexander Hopkins is about to find out on what should have been an uneventful red-eye flight from Russia. Nothing is what it seems in this heart pounding short-story

Alien Space Tentacle Porn

A 1950s hospital. Temporary amnesia. A naked man running through Central Park yelling something about alien space tentacles. Tinfoil, duct tape, and bananas. These are the ingredients for a spectacular romp through a world you never thought possible as aliens reach out and make contact with Earth.
This novella extends a short story from The Alien Chronicles

Xenophobia

When an alien spacecraft appears in orbit, America is thrown into turmoil. US troops are withdrawn from hotspots around the globe to provide support at home.
In Malawi, Africa, a band of US Rangers remains behind to serve as peacekeepers, but when hundreds of alien spacecraft begin soaring overhead, the dynamics of war take on an entirely new dimension.

The Road to Hell

How do you solve a murder when the victim comes back to life with no memory of recent events?
In the 22nd century, America struggles to rebuild after the second civil war. Democracy has been suspended while the reconstruction effort lifts the country out of the ruins of conflict. America's fate lies in the hands of a genetically-engineered soldier with the ability to move through time.

My Sweet Satan

The crew of the Copernicus are sent to investigate Bestla, one of the remote moons of Saturn. Bestla has always been an oddball, orbiting Saturn in the wrong direction and at a distance of thirty million kilometers, so far away Saturn appears smaller than Earth's moon in the night sky. Bestla hides a secret. When mapped by an unmanned probe, Bestla awoke and began transmitting a message, only it’s a message no one wants to hear: “I want to live and die for you, Satan.”

The Man Who Remembered Today

Kareem wakes with a headache. A bloody bandage wrapped around his head tells him this isn't just another day in the Big Apple. The problem is, he can't remember what happened to him. He can't recall anything from yesterday. The only memories he has are from events that are about to unfold today, and today is no ordinary day.

Hello World

Professor Franco Corelli has noticed something unusual. The twitter account @QuestionsLots is harvesting hundreds of millions of tweets each day, but never posting anything. Outwardly, this account only follows one other twitter account—@RealScientists, but in reality it is trawling every post ever made by anyone on this planet. Could it be that @QuestionsLots is not from Earth?

Welcome to the Occupied States of America

Ashley Kelly is your typical American teenager—or she would be if it wasn’t for the cluster bomb that crippled her. Seven years after the invasion, over a hundred million Americans have been displaced by the war, with millions more dead. Ash has spent seven years learning to walk again, and she’ll be damned if she’s going to lie down for anyone, human or otherwise.

Nosferatu (van Helsing's Diaries)

Vampires walk among us, using folklore to hide, and relying on superstitions to discredit the very notion of their existence. Lurking in the shadows, and remaining in the background, they have preyed on humanity for thousands of years. Bram Stoker came close, revealing the presence of Dracula, but even he misunderstood the true nature of the vampire.

What We Left Behind (Zombie Nightmares Book 1)

Everyone has a different term for zombies. I call them Zee because that's the term my mother used before she turned, speaking about the whole horde as though it was just one individual. Grammar has no place in the zombie apocalypse…
Hazel is a regular teenager growing up in an irregular world overrun with zombies. She likes music,

All Our Tomorrows (Zombie Nightmares Book 2)

Hazel is alone in a crowd. No one understands her, not even her father. The only people that ever really understood her were Steve, David and Jane. But they’re dead. If they’re not dead, they’re dying stranded outside the compound. Hazel can’t accept the bitter reality of life in the zombie apocalypse, she can’t accept that her friends are probably dead. She has to find them.

(both) Zombie Nightmares (2 Book Series)

Little Green Men

A tribute to the works of Philip K. Dick, hailing back to classic science fiction stories of the 1950s.

The crew of the Dei Gratia set down on a frozen planet and are attacked by little green men. Chief Science Officer David Michaels struggles with the impossible situation unfolding around him as the crew are murdered one by one. With the engines offline and power fading, he races against time to understand this mysterious threat and escape the planet alive.

Monsters by Peter Cawdron

The fallout from a passing comet contains a biological pathogen, not a virus or a living organism, just a collection of amino acids, but these cause animals to revert to the age of the megafauna, when monsters roamed Earth.

Trixie & Me (Galactic Exploration Book 2) by Peter Cawdron

Trixie & Me is the second in a series of stand-alone novellas exploring alternatives to the Rare Earth Hypothesis in the search for extraterrestrial intelligence.

Trixie and Berry are trapped on an alien space ship. Berry can't move, but he seems to understand what's going on. Trixie is confused, she has no recollection of how they ended up in the dark depths of an alien war craft. She struggles to comprehend even the simplest of concepts, struggling to speak, but she is free of her chains, so she is Berry's only hope. They must escape their captors and warn humanity about this sinister threat coming from the galactic core.
