Tiny Books vs Ebooks
In an amusing case of paper books imitating technology, this from the New York Times today:

Yes you can. You have to use an addon though. My favorite is the magnifying app.

You have to carry a separate device to read each individual story

Hands free app called Optivisor. It works across all platforms too.

Looking forward to seeing someone casually flicking through from pages 2800-2810 of A Suitable Boy in this edition

I'd prefer a trend back to pocket sized books that you read as normal, not something as asinine as a flip book that you read vertically.

Seems pretty cool! I'd like to have one just for the novelty.

There was an edition of _Minority Report_ I think it was so bound --- a bit larger though, and normal paper.

Same - I'd be happy if more books came out as MMPBs instead of heavy, expensive trade paperbacks. This thing seems like a bit of a recycled novelty flash-in-the-pan.

I actually have several collections of mini books and I have to say, i do like them. By mini, I mean fit in the palm of your hand.
I remember my grandfather had a very thick red dictionary that fit in the palm of your hand and you needed an included magnifying glass to read it. |
