I see one PI loaded that I didn't expect to see, Modify ePub, chaley's put his hand up to make it Py3 compliant.

The library switch did work, and there's no obvious consequences

Why 32 bit, I wanted to install version 5 and see if I got this ==>> Calibre not opening after update to 5.0. I didn't.

That's an error in the view manager plugin relating to python 3 compatibility.

I think I stopped reading when I saw Modify ePub had been loaded. For some reason I thought incompatible plugins wouldn't be loaded.

Sigh, I knew it was coming. I use an old version of View Manager, too longer a story to tell to say why. Any thoughts of doing a no frills built in version, like you did with Open With.

Don't worry, I have a project for you that will keep you extra busy. DeDRM 6.8.0 needs converted to run with Calibre 5.
