Toolbar & menus - dialog resizing glitch?

Hi,

When mouse hovering over the action items on the Toolbars & menus section, I've noticed there's an automatic resizing going on at the lower part of the dialog. This only happens when the item description takes two lines. Not sure if that's a glitch? Perhaps adding more vertical space before the "line" containing the buttons Restore Defaults, Cancel and Apply would prevent it.

I was actually checking if there's now a way to add some secondary plugin actions to the toolbars, but I'd seen this resizing occur in previous versions.

That just looks like a dynamic resize to allow the description to fit.

Sure. Dynamic was the word that came to mind but still... It seems this could be worked around

Why? What does it really hurt?
1)Waste the space by making it static 2 lines? What if there are 3 lines?
2)Truncate the description to fit on a single line?

Well, as I said, I had seen that behaviour before on previous versions, and thought it was that dynamic thing. Today it felt like something to be avoided
