Greetings from Burbank, CA
Hello Everyone,
I just registered a couple of days ago and I've found the forum and wiki invaluable! I've been an avid eBook reader since the Palm III days and I recently purchased a Sony PSR-505 reader. Less than five days later, I managed to customize the device and grab some incredibly well-formatted eBooks from the forums. Glad to be here and many thanks for past and future help! Regards. |

As far as my preference in reading. I grew up on Jules Verne, and lots of classical literature. I also create manuals in PDF (for work), Word and PowerPoint. For the last two days, I've been testing calibre, however, I'm not happy with the format of the database/filenames. I'll use it just to make changes to the metadata, if required and to convert from other formats. |

HI MacHaggis and welcome to MobileRead. Like you, I read on a PDA (iPaq) for years but am now hoplessly hooked on eInk and my Sony (Blue)
