Epub to Mobi - ugly monospaced font
Hi all,
I noted that sometime - more often when I convert from Epub than from PDF format - to Mobi when I read them on my Kindle DX I see a monospaced font (like Monaco) instead of the default Kindle font. Already tried to use the "Heuristic processing" but nothing change. Any advice on how to get the default Kindle font? Many thanks! - Marco. |

Download Kindle Previewer and open your ePub with it. This will automatically convert your ePub to a .mobi file (without a TOC).
If this doesn't look any better than the Calibre conversion, open the ePub with Sigil, have a look at the stylesheet and delete all font references before converting it with Calibre. |

Use the filter css function in calibre to remove all font information.
