PRS+ & Russian dictionary

I installed PRS+ because I wanted to be able to view Russian texts on my PRS-650. Installation was a piece of cake, and there are a lot of benefits aside from Russian - I love being able to view directories and even play chess.

Now that my Sony is Russian-enabled, I'd like to install a Russian dictionary. I found this dictionary posted here at Mobileread, and was wondering if someone could be so kind as to explain how to install it - many thanks in advance:

Nobody using a Russian dictionary in connection with a Sony PRS-650?

No,

it is still not possible, because the dictionary-format used by Sony is a closed one, and no additional dictionaries are offerd (not even if you are willing to pay for it)

The dictionary mentioned with PRS+ is a application (by Clemenseken) done for the PRS500/505/300, it can't be used with 600/x50.

However kartu has loose announced a stardict compatible PRS+ replacement application, but don't expect results fast. See here

Mark, thank you very much for this positive news. It's really amazing what Kartu has been able to do with PRS+.

I was not alone... It is based on work by dozens of people (most are mentioned on the about screen), with some of them, like Mark Nord, very actively contributing to the project.
