Kobo account stuff up

Hi all, does anyone out there have a contact email for Kobo accounts?

They have apparently, lost, stolen, thieved, purloined, the balance of my account. Their only contact is a chat bot (useless) and a phone call which connects me to a Philippines person, who although trying to be helpful, in spite of language and distance barriers was unable to help.

This occurred when I linked my local Booktopia, Australian, account to my Kobo account, on the Kobo website.

Anyone have similar experiences or helpful suggestions.

It’s not email, but I’ve always found @KoboHelp on Twitter to be very helpful, whenever I’ve had any issues.

Thanks for that Boneist, I found one on the Australian website it is help@kobo.com. I suppose that's pretty obvious and why no one else has replied

I shall await to see if they bother answering, then try your Twitter suggestion, albeit somewhat reluctantly, because I have never used Twitter nor do I know anything about it.
