Way, WAY, WAY off topic. . .
Sorry, but I got to share this with you guys even though it's about photography. This is a story of passion on a couple of levels and I admire Vivian Maier's passion as well as the guy who discovered her work in an estate sale.

Black and white 'photography some brings out more of the essence in a picture. Cheers. |

I agree, but for most of her life, B&W wasn't so much an artistic choice, but likely a practical and economic choice! She used what she had access to in order to create something special.
