Reading pdfs on an iPad
I understand that there are apps which would enable me to read pdfs on my iPad. Could anyone recommend an app?

I need to be able to search the pdf document, and if at all possible be able to copy lines of text, but do not need to edit the text.

Is this the right forum, or should I be asking in the pdf forum?

I use the Adobe app and find it very good for my needs. It does allow searching. It is free too.

I use Goodreader for PDF's. You can also read PDF's with the iBook app. I would recommend trying Adobe, Goodreader and iBook and see which one you like the best.

Goodreader is what I'd suggest, though there are other good pdf apps out there.
