has anyone been able to register their new Nook in Canada?
I read different comments about registering a new Nook ereader before being able to download ebooks. I plan on buying a Nook in New York. Will I be able to register it once in Canada? Apparently there is a IP check and it might not let me register if in Canada? Has anyone done it successfully?
With US adresses on my account I was able to buy and download ebooks for my Ipod touch no problem. But will I have problems to register the new Nook ereader?

Registering the nook is not a problem, and you don't even need a VPN to do so.

I live all the way in the Middle East, and I managed to register my nook, so I'm sure you shouldn't have a problem in Canada.

Hi. But do you have a US IP address? That seems to be the issue. Ok if you do, problems if, like me, you don't.
