PW4 Fake Update

This might sound a little stupid, but is there a way to package OS version 5.10.0.1 or 5.10.0.2 as a fake 5.12.5 update, so that the firmware would get reverted to the state where it could be jailbroken without using a serial JB? Thanks!

(because the package metadata is *also* signed).
