I got this same email and was wondering if it was legit. Did you actually get the $10 worth of books or is it a gimmick?

Not a gimmick; I bought a Great on Kindle ebook for $9.95 (free with my $10 credit) then got 99 cents towards any other Great on Kindle ebook. I did not receive an email, just followed the link -- Thanks, skinmaan!

I don't buy ebooks either and I got the credit. I don't even want it. I suppose I'll spend it on collected works by some of my favorite classic authors in order to maximize the best bang for my bucks.
