Problem after importing Calibre content in stock reader
I have transferred a large collection of books to my device using a wireless connection to Calibre from KOReader. The books show up in KOReader fine, and can be read as expected.
The problem comes when I am back in the stock reader (nickel?). The Importing content screen appears, and proceeds *very* slowly, probably due to the number of books, with the import. Eventually the import completes and I'm placed back at the home screen, at which point the device tells me there are no books on the device, and likely as not the device then reboots automatically. How many is "large"?
You can use NickelMenu to re-scan your library, or you can sign out of your Kobo account on the device and resign back in to re-scan (although that will lose your reading statuses and annotations). |

About 6K books. The problem is the scanning. It happens, and has done multiple times, and occasionally I have seen the library on the device at then end change to reflect that some books are imported. Trouble is, as I say, the device is then rebooted and we're back to square one.
