Whoops - I completely misunderstood. And, re-reading, was a bit rude in my wording too. I am sorry.

If you haven't bought a reader yet, do also look at the Bookeen CyBook which is now being offered by W H Smith for £149.99.

ok, thanks everyone.. I took the plunge and ordered online today at 8am (oddly at 18:32 still says being picked from warehouse) from Waterstones. Got 597 points (worth £5.97 and £7 discount by going through my greasypalm account.

not 100% convinced about it yet for my daughter but I am looking forward to reading some of the classics I never bought/got round to.

I did consider the CYBOOK principally because WHSmith are selling it for £149 but its simply doesnt look as stylish or as well made.. who knows if I have made the right choice but I had my eye on the Sony for about a year

ok, just got home 10 mins ago... to find the box ripped open and daughter sitting on page 48 of a sample e-book so I guess that makes it a success!!!

wonder if I will ever get to use it lol!!
