Other interest recipes?

Don't get me wrong guys! I love reading Technology Review and Gizmodo. Science news really gets my interest, but there must be some other news out there for the other side of life! Anybody know of other magazine feeds for gardening, craft or even (eek!) fashion that might appeal to some readers? (Yes I am female, but I am sure the gardening topic might appeal to some of the guys as well) . NOT "Celebrity News", which causes me to disinfect my TV if it appears on screen.
I can probably create the recipes as I have already done some for BBC blogs etc, but just need to know if anyone has some favourite e-magazines.

I've written multiple food recipes (Draw & Cook, BigOven, Epicurious), comics recipes( Arcamax, GoComics, Comics.com) and some skeptic feeds (Skeptic Magazine, The Skeptical Enquirer, Snopes) for non SciTech fans. If you want more variety, you need to locate a site of interest, find the RSS feed and post it here. There's no guarantee that it will be written, but it might, if someone thinks it's of sufficient interest (and you can always tackle it yourself).

You can also look at my YahooNews recipe it has many options for general news. See http://news.yahoo.com/rss The defaults are TopNews and SciTech, but adding more is easy.
