PocketBook Reader App not syncing

I installed PocketBook Reader App ok my iOS 12 device.
I'd like to Sync using PocketBook Cloud.
But there is no PocketBook Cloud option at settings.

So whats up with that?

Then I tried to Sync with Dropbox.
The PocketBook HD touch 3 syncs to Dropbox.
But again, the app fails to Sync anything.

What's going wrong?

Ok, so in the App PocketBook Cloud is activated by a button labeled BookStore or something like that.

Now I have PocketBook Cloud running on my Touch HD 3 and my PocketBook Reader App. But they are not being synced.

I read something about sending device numbers to support hotlines or something like that. So what's that all about?

When you want to sync progres in book reading - No this kind of syncing pocketbook does not support.

First I simply want to sync books.
I mean having the same books on all devices.

At the moment I can add books in the PocketBook Reader App and on the PocketBook Cloud Website and they will be synced, but the Touch HD 3 is not.
