[Android] Calibre Companion on eInk Reader - Page 2

Most of the apps I use on the Tolino have layouts on the touchscreen, like page forward, etc. and a dedicated area for preferences. The other ones have sidebars. For now, I am accessing the preferences in CC via connect in cloud.

Hi, are there any news for this problem? I have the same issue with CalibreCompanion I bought for my smartphone where it's working well!!! Than transfered the apk file to Tolino which works with Android 4.0.4 - and the three dots for settings have disappeared - no direct access to settings. I found those remarks from the year 2016 - any chance for a solution in 2018?

Nope. The tolino is not respecting Android standards for some unknown reason. If I owned one then I might be able to figure out what it wants, but even if I could it might not be easy to fix.
