Thanks tech_au.
"Already Dead" looked good over at Amazon, so I downloaded that. |

And for your information, I just downloaded Wit'ch Fire, and there's another one in it, Wit'ch Storm (1802 pages in all the book in EBL) |

Bought Already Dead last year, good Pulp Noir. There are several other books with Joe Pitt if you like this one.

I made an interesting discovery upon opening the Wit'ch Fire freebie on my Sony reader and finding it was 1800 pages long. It is actually the first 2 books in the 5 book series Wit'ch Fire and Wit'ch Storm. It doesn't indicate this on the Sony website.
Also according to fantasticfiction.co.uk James Clemens is the pseudonym of one of my favorite authors James Rollins. |

Only the Sony version gives you both books - the Amazon version is the first book only (they have the dual book as a choice, but it isn't free).

Unfortunately I still can't get the Sony software working on my Mac, so I'm unable to download anything from the Sony store. Stupid Sony software...

After you posted this, I went ahead and downloaded it, thinking that Sony had added book two in the series, but my original file (still unread; so many books to read!!!) also contained the two novels. A big thank you, however, as there are always newer readers unaware of the freebies from Sony. Don |

I've been trying to get into the Sony book store since yesterday evening. I can actually get into the "home page" to enter my password, but then I get the error message that "the page you are trying to reach is unavailable".
Anyone else getting this problem? |
