Touch Just ordered--quick question

Can the Kobo Touch tell you, at the bottom of the page, how many pages are left in the entire book?

If not, maybe this could be included in an update.

I'm looking forward to using this. I almost got a nook, but was really imnpressed with the customer service and responses by Kobo on this forum!

it does for sideloaded; for kepub books, it's still shows only the number of pages in the chapter, however, this is still more accurate because it adjusts with the size of the fonts. Sideloaded books may show you the pages remaining, but it may take you more or less page turns, depending on the font sizes.

It depends.

In a side loaded epub it shows the total number of pages in the book.

In a keupb (book bought from kobo and synced useing the kobo desktop) it shows the chapter and number of pages iin the chapter not in the whole book.

When you buy from kobo you have the option of syncing the kepub with your reader or downloading the epub and sideloading.

Guys, thanks for the quick response. If I sideload, will it sync last page read with ios devices?

unfortunately no; there is no syncing ability with other devices via official support. I believe it may be possible if you sync both devices with Calibre....
