alternative reader for periodicals?

Is there a reading app that can elegantly display an epub periodical generated by calibre on a rooted n2e? I'm not impressed with the stock reader in this regard. I much prefer how the kindle touch shows periodicals-- a two-column view with sections on the left and article titles on the right, much easier to navigate. Any ideas?

If your device is rooted, I would suggest you try something like Pulse or Currents from the market.
