There are 1000s of artists/graphic designers that do covers.
Oddly many covers by big publishers are no better than what you can buy cheaply.

The price ranges for service providers vary dramatically, from $35 to $350. There is not always a direct correlation between price and quality, so carefully review the online portfolios and then budget appropriately.

Most cover designers limit the number of back and forth revisions. Their time is valuable, so please honor it and make sure you and the designer have clear expectations for your relationship. If you expect a large number of back and forth revisions, you should expect to pay more.

....or 3 or 4, yup. :-) Hell, in 2022, lemme see, we've done...90 so far. LOL. (Actually, that's a surprisingly good clip. Not usually that busy in cover designs, but we've developed a small team that are very popular.)

HOWEVER, far be it from me to stomp on somebody's efforts:

@Emperor, you're going to need a portfolio, if you expect folks to hire you. Cover design is the last arena in the world for acts of blind faith.

This is simply a promoter who is neither a Publisher nor an Author. He is a graphic ebook designer who provides a service - for a charge, as do - to my experience - all graphic ebook designers who design covers for ebooks and books. And nothing is wrong with providing and promoting such a service.

When he mentions that he "...realized that no one provides such a service", then this perhaps speaks to his naivete or to being in an overactive 'salesmanship' mode on his part.

As shown in earlier posts, there are literally hundreds more to choose from.

Check out his work and pass it by, as I did. If you like it, well, you know what to do.

Yeah, I think we get that. I think it was the wording (nobody else...) that caught our eyes. I think it was simply meant as "I don't see anybody else HERE..." rather than as read.
