PDF Cover Image
I am not sure if I am posting this in the right forum :
I created a pdf file, imported it into Calibre and used the Calibre tool to assign cover artwork (which also happens to be page one of the pdf). I then sent the file to my Kindle Fire. However, when I view the Fire's Doc folder where the pdf is it displays a blank white icon and the name of the file inside. The Kindle Fire User's manual is in this same directory and is also a pdf file but shows a cover art (and also is page one of that pdf). I would like to know how I can get the cover art of the pdf file I made to display on the Kindle's pdf icon of my file. thank you. |

I dont think the Fire can display pdf covers. The reason a cover is available for the user manual is because it was downloaded separately from amazon's servers.
