I am looking at 5.6.1.1 - very early in the series.
So maybe they hadn't had time to implement the other two in SQLite before release.

I don't (yet) have anything running 5.6.5 - everything (other than the PW-1) is still running the 'as shipped' firmware.
I figure I can update at any time.

There is some controversy here over the book format changes, supposedly to support added features.

I don't (yet) have a kfx (kf-10) format book to play with, but ...

All of those "new features" above, are not a reprocessing of the book, they are just changes in the firmware on the Kindle which is downloading the 'related' files.

Most likely, there is a changed kfReader in the 5.6.1.1 firmware to support all of those 'related' (feature) files.
But it appears that it isn't the book itself which changed.

Although the md5sum values are different, the sizes are identical and:
