Onyx Boox M92 freeze and does not update

Hello my name is Giuseppe and I'm Italian, so sorry if my english is not correct. I bought a few days ago on Amazon Onyx Boox M92 but I've a problem.
When the battery begins to discharge ( when it comes to 2 notches ), the device responds more slowly and sometimes freezes and I have to restart it. The other day the battery was almost 0 and the device freezed 10 times. But when the battery is charged ereader respond faster and it not freezes ;

I experience simmilar problems. I did email the supplier about it, and they adviced me to upgrade the firmware. I did it.

Now I have to wait until the battery discarches. You know, it takes a while to do it on M92 ;-). At the moment my battery is at two notches and so far no freezes.

BTW I never experienced slow response at low battery condition. Only the freezes.

Hello, last night I updated the firmware to version 2013 1018, but now the battery has two notches and the device freezes and is slow making it impossible to use. Now is charging and no more crashes. I do not understand the problem!
