Well, if you need the orange. I don't read in the dark, so yellow is fine for me. I never crank the warm light all the way up on any of my readers. And in daylight I switch the warmth off entirely.

The Sage is not green when the warm light is turned on. The greenish photos were taken with the warmth off.

You're still going on about that? The funny thing is, you're right. I thought I would be unhappy about the weight of the Sage, going by the specs. But after I held it in my hand, I found I'm not.

Amd I'm a couch potato, not a bodybuilder.

It appears the weight difference between the lightest Kobo and the Sage is 2.64 ounces, not all that much really.

Just having fun.

I think the Forma is an underappreciated e-reader in the wake of the Sage release. I can't think of any reason they would have cut the Mobius screen unless it was due to cost. I wish it was possible to find out the wholesale price difference from e-ink of the mobius/non-mobius option. I'm looking forward to eventually getting one used.

Onyx Boox still uses it in their max lumi 13.3 inch series and I believe their newest version has it mated with the new Carta 1200 series screen.

I've just bought one (my third) at 249.99 for the 32gb one. I wanted a backup for my backup.

The box had a patch where a price tag had apparently been removed. I assume it must have been in a store at some point -- does Kobo take back unsold discontinued models from retail stores? The box was sealed and the contents looked to be undisturbed.

Sadly, the power button is at least as sludgy as my other two but otherwise it seems ok. I'm not going to try for an exchange because it seems like a lot of work and I don't think it's likely I'd get one with a perfect button anyway. I can always use it with a cover. I have a few covers that I like quite well and, although I seldom use them, even with a cover the Forma is nicer to hold than any of my other ereaders.

I still have a very faint hope for an updated Forma with a mobius screen someday but I don't want to take any chances. I have over a dozen ereaders but for reading at home (where I almost always am nowadays) I very seldom use anything but the Formas.
