EPUB cover size
Converting to EPUB or inserting a cover with Modify EPUB plugin, Calibre downsizes large covers.
Is it possible to have it keep the original size?
Would be useful for the consequent conversion to MOBI using Kindlegen: it demands cover size of 600x800 minimum.

That depends on the output profile selected for the conversion. Select "Tablet" and it won't resize the images at all.
