Did you know that MR has free ebooks? They have been beautifully handcrafted by some very dedicated MR members. (I believe that they are better formatted than Google books.)
BBeB (Sony lrf format) and ePub format Check out these free ebook sites feedbooks.com manybooks.net Free and for purchase ebooks smashwords.com baen.com Plus Baen has a great free library You can even explore using Calibre and Kovid, the creator, frequents the forums here. We even have a dedicated Calibre forum. Have fun exploring the forums and ask if you have any questions.[/QUOTE] |

Salut Mikael: That 505 is a fine little reader. You will have no trouble finding good English novels to read on it. My own postman here in Menton, France (a friend called Gil) is also learning English and calls by my house to practice. He's not at your stage, though. He still will not tackle an English language book. Cheers. Neil

Bienvenue

***I can read english but the laziness always win right now***
I pop into the French forums here from time to time Mikael. There are some good recommendations there for ebooks in French. Must admit, I suffer from laziness, too. I speak and must read French all day; when I want to relax, though, it's always with a book in English -- reading novels in French is too much like classwork. Cheers. Neil |
