How to view all books in one OPDS list
New to the OPDS server area I have set up the server to my Calibre library and I access it via MapleRead (an iOS ePUB/PDF Reader).

I am presented with some folders like: Books By Newest, By Title, By Authors, and so forth...

I would like to see all my books in one list, but each of the above mentioned folders has subfolders (according to the given criteria date, title, author, etc...).

How can I create a OPDS folder/view containing all books without subfolders? Or can I even make this the default and only view?

Disclaimer: I am not very familiar with the OPDS protocol/concept, so maybe my question is asked the wrong way round...

By newest and by title dont have any sub folders. They are paged, OPDS is fundamentally paged, you can only see X number of results at a time.

Is it possible to configure the server without folders? This would save me a few clicks...

Or is this a client setting?

Again, there are no folders in by title or by newest, or do you mean you dont wnt the page with by title and by newest at all?/ In that case it is client setting.

Yep I mean the latter: No "By Newest" folders at all. I don't think I can switch taht off in MapleRead...
