As far as non-stores Instapaper offers this as does Netgalley.
Dreamspinner does too. I'm on holiday and i've had 1 Allromance purchase and 2 Dreamspinner purchases sent to my Kindle by them this weekend.

On the topic "Baen can no longer provide automatic delivery to Kindle by email."

A poster to Baen's Bar (bar.baen.com) in New Zealand (Hi Martin!) noted it was still working for him.

Baen support explained

It will always work for a limited amount of customers, each day depending on the size of the files sent. Once we reach the threshold, which Amazon has not disclosed, they will cut it off. They also have the ability to decrease the amount they let through if we keep hitting the cap. This is why we encourage our customers to use other download methods.

Whether New Zealand (GMT+12) is at the beginning or end of Amazon's day I know not.

It seems like as long as BAEN (and others) will still email you the .mobi file it would be easy to setup an autoforward to your Kindle address in most email clients. A little setup by the user and it is back to normal. It still stinks that Amazon is shutting this down but in the end it should have minimal impact on people.
