Trouble with calibre/nook HD

Im using a microSD card to download all my books to as a secondary drive on my Nook. Its a 64gb card and over 75% shows as available. Im sure its a simple user error somewhere. SD cards are STORAGE, not memory,
Something else is the problem: with your HOST PC (where Calibre runs) : with the filesystem on the nook. Calibre MUST scan the entire device the first time it is connected or reformatted . Once completed, Calibre leaves behind 2 files with the results and device ID. |

That's an out of memory error encoding the metadata.calibre file that calibre stores ont he device -- this is happening before it is sent to the device. If you have a 64 bit version of windows, uninstall calibre and install the 64 bit version instead.
